Job Description

Role Summary:

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and oversee detailed engineering design activities for water and wastewater projects.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
Manage project P&L, drive profitability, and support budget planning and control.
Oversee project invoicing cycles and ensure accurate and timely billing.
Act as primary engineering contact for key clients; maintain strong working relationships.
Support proposal development and resource planning for upcoming opportunities.
Mentor and develop engineering teams across multiple project locations.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
20+ years experience in water infrastructure design.
Strong commercial awareness; hands-on experience with P&L and financial reporting.
Demonstrated client management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, etc.) and digital collaboration tools.
Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
