Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build, lead and mentor a dynamic team in software development, integration, verification, quality assurance and security to ensure project deliveries with quality through good collaboration and high engagement.
Build an integrated, skilled and flexible team across sites in Germany, US and India.
Strategize to build a strong team through strong people management and enhance team efficiency and career pathing to grow.
Foster a strong team culture of innovation, and continuous improvement.
Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Ensure effective communication across teams and senior leadership, aligning team goals with overall company objectives.

Deep understanding of modern enterprise-class software technologies and practices for

both on-prem and cloud solutions

Experience in software development, with a strong focus on leading large-

scale, global engineering teams.

Hands-on experience with enterprise web/cloud applications using Java stack, Spring,

Spring Boot, Angular, Blazor, .NET, and various database systems

Familiarity with on-prem infrastructure, containerization, and Azure Cloud

Knowledge of test automation, security practices, secure software development

lifecycle (SSDLC), and quality assurance

Expertise in managing end-to-end software development projects, including sustaining

engineering

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Strong people management skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and professional

growthExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively

articulating test findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
