Job Description

Infogain is looking for Frontend React Developer (Lead) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient frontend applications using React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in React and frontend development.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to frontend development.
Stay up with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development to continuously improve the application's user experience.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in React, including Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
Experience with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.
Excellent understanding of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
Familiarity with state management libraries like MobX or Recoil.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
