As the Digital Marketing Head (E-Commerce) at Annachy (Powered by Saravana Stores) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be an integral part of an early-stage ecommerce venture backed by a renowned South Indian retail chain with a legacy of over 50 years and 6 flagship super-stores across Tamil Nadu. The core mission of the company is to extend the trusted shopping experience to online customers by offering quality products at competitive prices. Your role as a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Associate will require 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive growth and enhance the digital presence across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: - Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other paid channels. - Develop strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. - Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing. Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS to assess effectiveness. - Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track and enhance campaign performance. Budget Oversight: - Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation for maximum ROI. - Monitor spending and performance to stay within budget while achieving campaign goals. - Collaborate with vendors and partners to optimize cost-effectiveness. Collaboration: - Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives and landing pages. - Coordinate with other marketing team members for alignment with overall strategies. - Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives. Innovation & Trends: - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. - Experiment with new strategies and technologies to drive innovation in marketing approach. Qualifications: - Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. - 4 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. - Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns with ROI focus. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms. - Hands-on experience with major digital marketing platforms. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
