Head of Digital Architecture

As the Head of Digital Architecture at Chain IQ, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the digital ecosystem by ensuring scalability, security, and AI-readiness. Your responsibilities include defining and leading the evolution of the enterprise-wide architecture blueprint, focusing on applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security with a strong emphasis on AI-driven innovation and agility. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the enterprise-wide architecture framework across various domains. - Architect scalable, secure, and best-in-class digital solutions to drive business growth. - Lead the architecture of an AI-enabled indirect procurement platform, ensuring modularity, performance, and compliance. - Champion digital procurement technologies and promote awareness and adoption among stakeholders. - Align architecture initiatives with business strategy through collaboration with key stakeholders. Innovation: - Utilize AI/ML and GenAI to design innovative, automation-first solutions for procurement. - Lead research, prototyping, and experimentation to assess and apply emerging technologies. - Identify AI-driven opportunities and translate them into scalable, value-generating capabilities. Governance: - Establish and lead architectural governance, standards, and review processes for consistency and integrity. - Define secure and scalable integration patterns between procurement technologies and enterprise systems. - Guide technology selection, vendor assessments, and solution reviews in alignment with strategic fit. Leadership & Collaboration: - Stay ahead of industry trends and advise on digital architecture strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment for successful delivery. - Effectively communicate architectural vision and complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Documentation and Evaluation: - Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and implementation plans. - Review technical designs for compliance with standards and long-term goals. - Lead assessments of vendor proposals and third-party solutions for alignment and scalability. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Hands-on experience in architecting digital platforms, especially in multi-client or B2B environments. - Expertise in indirect procurement solutions and AI/ML technologies. - Strong knowledge of cloud-native and composable architectures. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or Azure Architect are advantageous.
