Head of Diamond Jewellery Sales

As the Head of B2B Diamond Jewellery Sales, you will play a critical role in leading our business development and client engagement efforts in Bangkok, Thailand. Your extensive expertise in the diamond jewellery sector, along with a robust industry network, will be instrumental in executing high-impact sales strategies in both domestic and regional B2B markets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing B2B sales strategies to drive the growth of the diamond jewellery business in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and strategic partners will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Analyzing industry trends, customer behavior, and market conditions will be crucial in identifying new opportunities for business expansion. Representing the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and high-level meetings with stakeholders will also be part of your role. Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams is necessary to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and brand objectives. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B diamond jewellery sales, with a proven track record in sales, is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential attributes for this role. Experience in managing high-value accounts and driving new business growth is highly valued. While familiarity with lab-grown diamonds is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of Thai or other regional languages will be an added advantage. If you are currently based in India or another country, you must be willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
