Head of Design

Role Overview: As an Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects, your primary responsibility will be to develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs. You will meet with clients to understand project requirements and utilize your expertise in Interior Fit-out Designing to create innovative solutions. Your proficiency in design tools such as PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and your design expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services will be crucial in delivering high-quality projects. Additionally, you will showcase your project expertise in creating BOQ for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs - Meet with clients to program the project requirements - Utilize design tools such as PPT presentation, AutoCAD - Demonstrate design expertise in Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services - Create BOQ for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies - Lead and drive Design meetings with customers - Showcase behavioural attributes of being result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, and having crisp & meaningful communication - Display a high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among team members Qualifications: - Bachelors & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline - 10+ years experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects with wide design and detail knowledge - Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture, and mixed-use preferred with a portfolio - Project management experience and should be creative, imaginative, and artistic - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max, or similar design software - Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning - Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials,
