Head of Design

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Design and Production who can lead our product design process and oversee the entire production lifecycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about furniture design, understands architectural aesthetics, and has hands-on experience in supervising production units.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design of innovative furniture pieces that are aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior.

Maintain a balance between creativity and practicality in design for work and home space.

Ensure alignment with brand identity and customer needs.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in furniture design, architecture, or related fields.

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Furniture Design.

Strong portfolio showcasing design and production work.

Proficiency in design tools .

Good communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Salary:

Starting at ₹50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and interview performance).
