As a passionate and result-driven professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing client partnerships, and expanding the brand within the interior design and real estate sectors. The key responsibilities of this role include business development and sales, client engagement and relationship management, outreach and marketing both online and offline, proposal documentation and corporate communication, as well as utilizing digital tools, CRM, and process automation to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the interior design, real estate, or consulting industries. Proficiency in English with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills is essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, a strategic thinker, and capable of fostering team collaborations. Key responsibilities of the role include lead generation, client engagement, sales target achievement, commercial proposal development and closure, market analysis and strategy formulation, brand promotion and outreach, as well as reporting and coordination.
