Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as the Head of Dealer Network based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The Head of Dealer Network will lead the expansion and management of our dealer network, develop and execute strategic plans to grow our dealer base, and ensure dealer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new dealers, maintaining relationships with current dealers, overseeing training programs, and analyzing market trends. This role also involves setting sales targets and monitoring dealer performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Proficiency in relationship management and negotiating skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales performance
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth
• Experience in the wellness or nutraceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
