Job Description

As a dynamic Customer Marketing Leader at Zycus, your primary focus will be to own and scale the global customer engagement, advocacy, and growth programs. You will play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with existing customers, amplifying success stories, and driving cross-sell and up-sell campaigns that directly contribute to revenue. If you have a deep background in customer marketing within B2B SaaS and a passion for turning satisfied clients into brand advocates, this is an excellent opportunity for you to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement customer engagement programs to build loyalty and strengthen relationships. - Lead customer advocacy initiatives such as reference programs, G2/Capterra reviews, and testimonials. - Drive the creation of customer success stories, case studies, and PR features to showcase value. - Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. - Plan and execute targeted customer campaigns that highlight Zycus" full product suite. - Celebrate customer achievements such as project go-lives and realized business outcomes. - Identify and manage customer participation in Zycus-hosted and third-party events. - Develop and manage strategies to increase the pool of referenceable customers. - Measure and report on the impact of customer marketing initiatives on retention, advocacy, and revenue growth. - Use engagement data and feedback to refine and optimize strategies. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in Customer Marketing/Customer Advocacy/Customer Engagement, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Tech. - Proven success in designing and executing customer marketing programs at scale. - Strong storytelling and content creation skills for impactful customer case studies. - Excellent communication and CXO-level relationship management skills. - Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analytics.
