• 7–12 years of experience in community building, evangelism, or leadership engagement.
• Strong track record in building CXO/enterprise communities (preferred: SaaS, events, B2B).
• Sharp storytelling ability—you can make leaders want to repost, share, and amplify.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn dynamics, thought leadership, and offline + online community blends.
• Comfort working at the intersection of content, product, partnerships, and growth.
• Obsession with details—because small touches build trust at scale.
