About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level business leader who can drive end-to-end business ownershipfrom client acquisition to successful mandate delivery. This is a business management role where you will build and scale the executive search practice, manage P&L, and deliver outstanding value to top-tier technology product companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships with leading global tech product companies.
• Pitch and win mandates for hiring and staffing services.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes on search mandates, ensuring client delight.
• Own the P&L responsibility of the executive search business.
• Lead and mentor internal and external teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Competencies

• 10+ years of proven experience in the tech product hiring business.
• Demonstrated 360 business management expertise—client acquisition, delivery, and P&L.
• Prior experience working directly with global product companies (mandatory).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of building and scaling teams to deliver consistently.

• High professional standards in dealing with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Analytical, systematic, and disciplined approach to business problem-solving.
• Ability to strengthen delivery capability to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Awareness of emerging trends in technology hiring and talent markets.

• Experience focused only on IT services hiring.
• Professionals who have not worked with global product companies.
• Backgrounds centered only on serving clients outside India.
