In this strategic role, you’ll shape go-to-market plans, enhance internal delivery processes, and spearhead client acquisition initiatives. Your expertise will guide both strategic direction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies for Salesforce Managed Services. Identify and drive business development opportunities, including client pitches and proposal creation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery models and ensure high client satisfaction. Coach and mentor internal teams on Salesforce best practices and scalable business processes. Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on business and technology alignment. Requirements: 7-15 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on Managed Services. Proven track record in business strategy, sales enablement, and client success. Strong leadership, communication, and team mentoring skills. Experience working with IT services companies or consulting firms is highly desirable.
