Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define the Odoo ERP strategy and roadmap for the organization.
Oversee the design, development, and execution of ERP implementations across business units.
Act as the primary advisor to leadership on ERP-related decisions, optimizations, and upgrades.
Evaluate new Odoo releases and emerging ERP trends for adoption.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of functional consultants, developers, and support staff.
Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for the ERP team.
Provide ongoing training, knowledge sharing, and skill development for the team.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders and the ERP team.
Manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, timelines, and budgets.
Establish ERP governance, implementation standards, and best practices.
Ensure smooth execution of project phases: requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing, migration, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
Act as an escalation point for critical ERP issues and ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with department heads to understand business requirements and pain points.
Conduct process analysis, gap assessments, and design effective Odoo workflows.
Recommend ERP-driven solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Drive automation, integrations, and system enhancements to maximize Odoo ROI.
Collaborate with leadership, department managers, and external vendors/partners.
Ensure smooth change management and user adoption across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in ERP consulting/implementation with at least 5 years in Odoo ERP.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across multiple industries.
Experience in managing teams and handling leadership roles in ERP projects.
Deep expertise in Odoo ERP modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, etc.).
Strong understanding of ERP best practices and business workflows across departments.
Knowledge of Odoo customization, integration, and development (Python, APIs, SQL) preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building and mentoring.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
