Head - Modern Trade

Role Overview: As the Head of Modern Trade at iD Fresh Food, you will play a crucial role in preparing and executing the Modern Trade sales strategy to drive profitability, revenue growth, and market share. Your responsibilities will include aligning trade marketing and promotions with the business strategy, planning portfolio growth initiatives, category management, and ensuring operational efficiency for the modern trade channel. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, achieving sales targets, managing stakeholders, and contributing to brand building efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy and growth plans in alignment with the business strategy - Drive profitability and deliver on revenue and market share parameters - Execute trade marketing and promotions in line with the overall business strategy - Plan and implement portfolio growth initiatives, assortment planning, launch planning, and execution of Joint Business Plans - Manage category management and promotion planning, ensuring operational efficiency for the modern trade channel - Monitor performance, take corrective actions, and achieve planned sales targets - Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent growth - Allocate and manage promotional costs effectively for sales and brand building - Negotiate in-store activations, merchandising, and sell-out plans with accounts - Provide trade information, competitor activities, and market intelligence to the company - Manage Accounts receivables and collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to achieve company objectives Key Requirements: - Market intelligence, strong stakeholders/customer management skills, leadership skills, networking - 14-18 years of work experience in the FMCG/Food industry - MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent qualification - Experience in Modern Trade is preferred If you are interested and this role resonates with you, we invite you to apply and explore the ample growth opportunities at iD Fresh Food.,
