Head – Medical Content & Curriculum

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement 

  competency-based medical curricula

   aligned with NMC, WHO, and international standards.
• Lead a team of faculty, clinicians, and subject experts to develop 

  engaging digital learning modules

   and simulation-based training.
• Oversee 

  content creation, review, and quality assurance

   across medical and allied health disciplines.
• Integrate modern 

  EdTech tools (LMS, AR/VR, AI analytics)

   to enhance learner engagement and assessment.
• Ensure 

  compliance and accreditation readiness

   with regulatory authorities.
• Foster academic innovation through research integration, case-based learning, and interdisciplinary modules.

Desired Profile

• MBBS / MD / PhD

   in Medical or Health Sciences (education specialization preferred).
• 20+ years of experience in 

  medical education, academic leadership, or curriculum development

  .
• Strong grasp of 

  digital pedagogy, instructional design, and regulatory frameworks

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and content management skills.
• Passion for advancing global standards in medical education.
