Position: Project Assistant Medical Education

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our medical education initiatives. The role involves coordinating with academic institutions, faculty, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth planning, execution, and compliance of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking medical education projects.

Coordinate with faculty, students, and administrative teams for scheduling and resource management.

Liaise with regulatory authorities such as NMC, state medical councils, colleges and universities for approvals, inspections, and compliance.

Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Support academic events, workshops, and training programs.

Monitor project progress against timelines and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).

Experience in academic administration or healthcare projects is an advantage.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Knowledge of medical education regulations will be a plus.
