Strategic Market Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to identify potential markets and customers.

Analyze customer needs and align product positioning to meet market demands effectively.

Market Intelligence & Research:

Conduct detailed market research to gain insights into industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activities (including revenue strategies and pricing changes), and new growth opportunities.

Brand Promotion & Outreach:

Design and execute targeted promotional campaigns highlighting product features, benefits, and value propositions.

Organize and actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and reach target audiences

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

Develop and manage lead generation initiatives to attract and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

Order Management & Sales Ratio Monitoring:

Ensure consistent order flow aligned with defined government and private sector order ratio targets.

Marketing Budget & ROI Management

Prepare and manage marketing budgets (annual, quarterly, monthly), ensuring effective resource allocation across campaigns and activities.

Monitor expenditure and ROI to optimize marketing investments.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales, design, and product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.

Agile Strategy Adjustment:

Continuously evaluate and adapt marketing strategies to leverage emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Reporting & Analytics:

Generate periodic performance reports to assess progress, identify improvement areas, and support data-driven decision-making.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

Lead digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, content development, social media engagement, SEO, and email marketing.

Utilize digital platforms to enhance brand presence and customer interaction.

Client CTC Budget: 40,000/- fixed + attractive Variables + Yearly Bonus
