Job Description

Head of Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Process & Equipment Management:
Lead
process design & development
, and manage
equipment sourcing and development
. You will be responsible for
process planning & improvement
, as well as
capacity planning & line balancing
.
Technology & Innovation:
Drive the introduction of
new technology to increase productivity
and lead
equipment improvement
projects. You will also be a key leader in the
Implementation of Industry 4.0
within the manufacturing facility.
Engineering Leadership:
Oversee all manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. You will provide strategic direction for the engineering team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing engineering department.
Must have a background in the
Auto Comp/Auto sector
.
Specific experience with
Aluminium die casting (GDC / LPDC), Machining
, and
Painting
is essential.
Knowledge of
Foundry Engineering
and
Industrial Engineering
principles is required.

Skills

Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Expertise in process design, capacity planning, and line balancing.
Strong knowledge of
Industry 4.0
and manufacturing technologies.
The ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
