Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy & Management

Design and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure.

Network & Connectivity

Manage lease line agreements and ensure uninterrupted, high-speed connectivity.
Oversee firewall configurations and network security protocols.

Cloud & Server Administration

Lead cloud migration and server virtualization initiatives.
Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery planning.

Vendor & Budget Management

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service level agreements.
Forecast and manage IT budgets, focusing on cost optimization.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team.
Conduct performance reviews, training, and succession planning.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Masters in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications in ITIL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and network security preferred.
