Desired Candidate Profile

14+ years of experience in
IT Infrastructure leadership
, preferably in
Broking / BFSI / FinTech
.
Strong expertise in
network management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
.
Proven ability to
set up & scale broking infra
(trading systems, DR/BCP, exchange connectivity).
Hands-on understanding of
SEBI/RBI IT security requirements
.
Experienced in
team leadership, coaching, and people development
.
Excellent
communication & stakeholder management
skills.
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science / Information Technology
