Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Global Expansion Strategy

      Identify and prioritize high-potential markets (Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America) and design market-entry & growth strategies.
  2. Sales & Revenue Delivery

      Achieve export sales and profit targets; manage full P&L for the international business.
  3. Channel & Partner Management

     – Appoint, develop, and manage distributors.
  4. Brand & Product Localization

     – Adapt products, packaging, and marketing for local consumer preferences and regulatory requirements.
  5. Regulatory Compliance

     – Ensure all export operations meet destination country laws, quality norms, and certification requirements.
  6. Market Insights & Innovation

     – Track global food trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to guide product and portfolio decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA / PG in International Business or related field.
  • FMCG international sales/business development (preferably packaged foods/beverages).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in multiple countries.
  • Strong distributor/retail network in key global markets.
