Job Description

Operational HR: Oversee and manage all HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization
Talent Acquisition: Lead talent acquisition efforts to hire the right candidates as per the business needs
HR Action Plan Implementation: Develop, implement, and review the HR action plan based on the business strategies and requirements outlined by top management
Talent Management & Succession Planning: Focus on developing a talent pipeline, managing succession planning, and ensuring a strong internal talent pool
IR/PR Management: Handle industrial relations (IR) and public relations (PR), ensuring positive employee relations and addressing any grievances effectively
Grievance Handling: Resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a positive work environment
HR Strategy Development: Design and monitor overall HR strategies to align with organizational goals

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience in operational HR, talent acquisition, and manpower handling
Ability to develop and monitor HR strategies aligned with business goals
Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, IR/PR, and grievance handling
