Job Description

We are hiring a Head of HR (Female Candidates Only) for a leading global IT services company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in International HR, expertise in strategic HR functions, and a proven track record in an IT services organization Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple geographies . Oversee talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement for global teams. Drive organizational development, leadership development, and succession planning across regions. Provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the core leadership team. Strong understanding of global employment laws, regulations, and cultural differences Develop a comprehensive global learning and development framework to enhance employee skills and competencies Partner with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture and employee experience initiatives . Key Requirements: 15+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in IT services . Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in the HR role, with at least 5 years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience (USA, UK, and Canada preferred). Strong understanding of global HR policies and driving HR transformation and strategic workforce planning. Willingness to work in US shift (Night Shift) . Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills . MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
