Job Description

Role & responsibilities Should have Pharmaceutical Industry experience. Should have been working in Managerial capacity and above Should have very good team handling experience in the present capacity. Good analytical, long visionary person with strong IR/ER experience. Good in handling internal & external grievance related to the plant activities. Should have good leadership quality HR MIS, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Statutory compliance, Engagement, HR Policy & Procedure formulation and implementation etc. Should have regulatory audit experience. HR Facilities extended to employees. Should have good understanding and communication. Willing to relocate or work in Mysore manufacturing plant. Preferred candidate profile Education: MBA - HR/MSW 18-22 years of experience in the pharma manufacturing plant, preferably in OSD plant. Should have good communication - English, Kannada & Hindi.
