Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the retail leasing sector. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure profitability by optimizing deal structures and financial performance. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, landlords, and corporate clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored retail leasing solutions. Ensure high client satisfaction through excellent service delivery. People & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture. Provide training and guidance to junior team members. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends. Develop innovative leasing strategies and best practices. Strengthen the companys brand presence in the retail real estate sector . Preferred candidate profile 15+ yrs of experience in retail leasing
