Job Description

Role Name: Lead -Enterprise Resource Management

Strategic Business Unit: Business Excellence

Business Unit: Enterprise Resource Management Department: Enterprise Resource Management

Corporate

Objective: Efficiently manage Fleet operations across RESL facilities.

Key Accountability

Maintain & Update master List of Fleet & Equipment of RESL.
Timely Commission of required Fleet & Equipment across all the projects and ensure safety standards.
Plan for effective mobilization of Fleet & Equipment.
Negotiate with reputed vehicle manufacturers, fabricators, Spares & Tire suppliers at the correct prices.
Maintain MIS for vehicle movements, rates, operational &

maintenance expenses, and vehicle-related statutory compliances.

Prepare budget for Repairs & Maintenance & monitoring expenses of Fleet.
Monitor TAT, Minimize the Vehicles Downtime, and Maximum the

Utilization of Vehicles.

Competencies:

Domain Functional Technical Leadership

Resource planning strategies, Regulations, and safety standards.

Monitor performance and utilization, and manage vendor relationships. Data analysis, ERP systems, Fleet tracking systems, and technologies. Building winning teams and tolerance to ambiguity.
