As Head of FP&A, you will partner with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy and enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This is a high-impact role suited for senior professionals who excel in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Lead development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
- Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Bring technology to improve processes and efficiencies
- CA/MBA (Fin)
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing.
- Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.
Begin by reviewing key financial reports and dashboards, identifying trends and priority areas. Lead team meetings to set daily objectives, collaborate with department heads to guide strategic initiatives, and present insights to the executive team. Mentor your FP&A team while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
