Head Finance - Financial Planning - Real Estate

Role Overview: As a Finance Manager in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term financial plans, managing relationships with financial institutions for fundraising, monitoring project budgets, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax laws, leading a finance and accounting team, providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, and evaluating the financial feasibility of new projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement long-term financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial models. - Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding for projects and ensure debt servicing. - Monitor project budgets, analyze margins, and identify areas for cost optimization and profitability improvement. - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws, establish internal controls, and assess financial risks. - Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance and accounting team. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making within the real estate business. - Analyze and evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects and investments, including preparing business plans and investor presentations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or CA, CFA, or CMA. - Several years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
