Role & responsibilities

• IPO Expertise

  : Lead and oversee all financial aspects of our IPO process, including due diligence, financial disclosures, investor relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure a seamless transition to the stock exchange. This expertise is crucial for maximizing the company's value in the public market and ensuring long-term financial growth and stability.

• Financial Strategy:

  Develop, implement, and manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Financial Reporting:

  Prepare and present timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders.

• Investor Relations:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community, providing transparent and insightful financial communication.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

  Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

• Treasury Management:

  Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and capital structure, optimizing financing and liquidity strategies.

• Financial Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements, including SEC regulations, and work with legal counsel as needed.

• Risk Management:

  Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to safeguard the financial stability of the company.

• Mergers and Acquisitions

  : Participate in the evaluation, negotiation, and integration of potential acquisitions, partnerships, or other corporate finance transactions.

• Team Leadership:

  Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile

• • Certified Chartered Accountant with 10= yrs of exp.
• • Proven experience in a public-listed company.
• • Successful track record of guiding a company through the IPO process.
• • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and SEC reporting.
• • Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills.
• • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
