Build & Lead Finance & Accounting Staffing Business | Leadership Role @ Orcapod

Location: Pan India | Work from Office & Work from Home Options

About the Role:

This is not just another role—it’s a chance to create and lead a business within Orcapod.

Key Responsibilities:

Build & lead the Finance & Accounting staffing vertical from the ground up.
Manage and expand client relationships (domestic & global).
Drive client acquisition and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Take full P&L ownership and lead business growth strategy.
Build a network of consultants & delivery teams across finance, accounting, and compliance.
Deliver excellence in revenue, profitability, client & employee satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

CA / IPCC (both groups cleared) / MBA Finance.
Proven success in running or managing staffing businesses in Finance, Accounting, or Compliance.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take risks.
Experience with Indian & international clients preferred.
