Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy: Design and implement end-to-end digital campaigns tailored to project goals.
Target Audience: Identify agenda-specific target audiences and curate digital campaign modules that are engaging, informative, and capable of gaining popularity.
Team Management: Lead social media, ads, and analytics teams, and coordinate with the content unit.
Platform Optimization: Ensure all digital properties are optimized for maximum user engagement.
Content Supervision: Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with platform guidelines.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor KPIs, derive insights, and optimize for better performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless execution of digital strategies.

Preferred Qualification:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social impact or political campaigns.
Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience working with Google and Meta products for reporting and measuring KPIs.
Understanding of digital campaigns for political purposes and the nuances of handling critical messaging methodologies to surpass scrutiny.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills and a creative mindset, with experience working closely with leadership.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
