Key Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in

    Compensation & Benefits / Executive Rewards, either with IT Services /Consulting organisations

  • Educational background in

    Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering

  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and data analysis tools.
  • Strong background in data analysis, performance measurement, and benchmarking.
