Head / Engineering Manager

The role involves ensuring effective upkeep of the plant, equipment, and utilities, driving continuous improvement, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engineering operations covering Production, QC, and Utilities.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Drive new projects and plant expansion within approved timelines and budgets.
Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Manage engineering manpower, AMC vendors, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant efficiency and reliability.
Build and train a high-performing engineering team.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
20+ Years of relevant experience in sterile injectable / pharma manufacturing.
Hands-on knowledge of cGMP, utilities, and project management.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
