Head Embedded Design & Development

As the Head of Embedded Design & Development, you will be responsible for leading our hardware and firmware teams to drive technical excellence and innovation in embedded product architecture. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring a team of engineers and designers, ensuring timely project delivery with high-quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end design and development of embedded hardware and firmware products - Guide and mentor a team of embedded system engineers and designers through the product development lifecycle - Drive technical excellence and innovation in embedded product architecture, design, and testing - Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards - Develop and review hardware schematics, layouts, and firmware architecture - Oversee development involving Serial-to-Ethernet communication, high-resolution TFT displays, touch screens, NVRAM, and other peripherals - Ensure product compliance with relevant environmental and type testing standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing) to bring products to market Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical/Embedded Systems or related field - 10+ years of proven experience in embedded system design and development (hardware and firmware) - Strong hands-on experience with microcontrollers, SoCs, and embedded platforms - Expertise in communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, Modbus, etc - Experience in product development using TFT displays, touchscreens, NVRAM, and other advanced peripherals - Deep understanding of OS and non-OS based system design and development - Knowledge of environmental and compliance testing procedures (type testing, EMI/EMC, thermal, vibration, etc) - Strong leadership skills with experience managing and grooming engineering teams - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills,
