Northstar Safety Indias leading EHS & ESG consulting firm (est. 2007; 2000+ clients) is seeking a Senior Safety Expert with 20+ years of experience across diverse industries to lead high-value projects in Process Safety Management (PSM) and multidisciplinary EHS consulting.
Lead and execute PSM studies – HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, LOPA, Bow-Tie, etc.
Conduct comprehensive EHS, Fire & Electrical Safety Audits (IS 14489, IS 1646, NBC Part 4, NFPA).
Drive EHS Management Systems (ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001) and ESG due-diligence projects.
Mentor mid-level consultants and review technical deliverables.
Interface with client leadership, ensure quality, and meet project timelines.
B.E./B.Tech (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Fire).
20+ years of EHS & Process Safety experience in reputed industry or consulting roles.
Strong command of Indian & international safety codes (Factories Act, SMPV Rules, PESO, NFPA, API, IEC).
Exceptional analytical, reporting, and client-facing skills.
Preferred:
M.Tech (Safety), NEBOSH, CSP/ASP, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent global certifications.
