Help and support in CSR activities as and when required. Liasioning with government hospitals and health authorities. Maintaining strict office decorum. Ensure to keep up to date inventory and stock register with its proper accounting and responsible to initiate the fresh requisition of the inventory. Health talk and training of entire staff working for the organization. To ensure proper maintenance of the Ambulance. Co-ordinate with mechanical, electrical, C&I, operation dept and other relevant department related to various equipment, systems in plant and Facility management at Township. Responsible for the horticulture and green-field development work. To prepare scope, BOQ, technical specification and estimate of any job and raise purchase request (PR) for the same. Ensure availability in time and proper utilization of construction material, manpower and equipment. Co-ordinating with contractor and sub-contractors for deploying workmen and materials as per work order and execute the work as per design, drawings and relevant codes (IS codes and other applicable codes & standards) Optimization of cost during procurement and work execution. Compliance with plant safety protocol and environment regulation and other relevant statutory guidelines. To address all such work assigned time to time related to Civil Function. Measurement and bill certification of civil works. Required Profile: Should have relevant experience, preferably in Power Plant Should have good analytical ability so as to identify the problems in incipient stage, analyze and take corrective actions. Tech / BE in Environment or Health & Safety with 60% marks Experience: Minimum 08 Years of post-qualification executive experience in the relevant area as on date of advertisement Maximum Age: Up to 45 years as on date of advertisement Job Description: Shall be responsible for development of environment protection standards and supervise adherence of those. Responsible for getting requisite approvals from various Government departments on aspects of environment, health and safety. Ensure successful completion of energy, quality and EHS audits and certifications of power generation activities both during implementation and O&M phases. Shall be responsible for training and development on quality and EHS aspect, across functions. Shall be responsible for monitoring the statutory compliance, safety inspection, accident handling & reporting and MIS related to EHS aspects Shall be responsible of implementation of Integrated Management system( ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) Shall be developing SOPs, Presentations and data management system Shall be custodian for compliance of requirements of different acts and norms regarding EHS matters. Shall be responsible of fling returns to different authorities regarding EHS matters Represent OTPC on various industry forums on aspects of quality and EHS. Shall be responsible for handling all EHS related matter with O&M and all other contractors & associates working with OTPC plant. Required Profile: Shall have worked as EHS In-charge in a power plant of more than 100MW Shall have experience of implementing the quality / EHS systems in a Power Plant and adequate knowledge of contract management Should have a good mix of technical knowledge, people management skills and drive and commitment Shall have good communication and Inter-personnel skills NEBOSH certification desirable but not mandatory Science Graduate with one year Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience may also be considered in exceptional cases. In such cases, Diploma in Industrial Safety is a must.
