Managing occupational Health of employees on rolls of the Company and Contractors. Meeting Statutory compliance and keeping records pertaining to Medical Centre Maintaining statutory compliance for the Medical Centre as per applicable rules (CTO of medical Centre, Bio-medical waste rules etc.) Act as auditee for all such audits of Medical Centre to be conducted by OTPC as well as by third party. Ensuring periodic health check-ups of all workers inside the plant. Planning, development & budget monitoring including manpower planning of the Medical Centre The repository of the information pertaining to the Occupational Health Centre. Help and support in CSR activities as and when required. Liasioning with government hospitals and health authorities. Maintaining strict office decorum. Ensure to keep up to date inventory and stock register with its proper accounting and responsible to initiate the fresh requisition of the inventory. Health talk and training of entire staff working for the organization. To ensure proper maintenance of the Ambulance. To extend full cooperation and coordinate all activities related to township and Plant construction and maintenance Coordination and persuasion with the contractor and management for the procurement & service pertaining to civil dept. Co-ordinate with mechanical, electrical, C&I, operation dept and other relevant department related to various equipment, systems in plant and Facility management at Township. Responsible for the horticulture and green-field development work. To prepare scope, BOQ, technical specification and estimate of any job and raise purchase request (PR) for the same. Responsible for getting requisite approvals from various Government departments on aspects of environment, health and safety. Ensure successful completion of energy, quality and EHS audits and certifications of power generation activities both during implementation and O&M phases. Shall be responsible for training and development on quality and EHS aspect, across functions. Shall be responsible for monitoring the statutory compliance, safety inspection, accident handling & reporting and MIS related to EHS aspects Shall be responsible of implementation of Integrated Management system( ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) Shall be developing SOPs, Presentations and data management system Shall be custodian for compliance of requirements of different acts and norms regarding EHS matters. In such cases, Diploma in Industrial Safety is a must.
