Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven leader to oversee the end-to-end operations of our E-commerce, Retail, Warehousing, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in omnichannel commerce, inventory management, logistics optimization, and technology adoption to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce & Retail Operations Own and optimize all digital and physical sales channels, including D2C, marketplaces, and offline stores. Lead cross-functional execution across merchandising, pricing, promotions, and customer experience. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies with marketing and digital teams. Warehouse & Inventory Management Design and scale warehousing operations including layout planning, automation, and capacity planning. Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment across all nodes. Drive SKU-level visibility and traceability across the value chain. Supply Chain & Logistics Develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. Establish KPIs for lead times, order accuracy, and service levels with logistics partners. Use data and forecasting tools to align demand planning and procurement. Technology & Systems Collaborate with IT to implement and enhance WMS, OMS, ERP, and analytics tools. Lead automation, real-time tracking, and AI-led decision-making across the supply chain. Leadership & Governance Build and lead a high-performing team across functions. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms. Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards. Qualifications: MBA or equivalent in Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline. 1218 years of experience in managing integrated e-commerce, warehousing, and supply chain functions. Proven success in scaling B2C or B2B commerce operations. Strong understanding of technology platforms: WMS, OMS, TMS, ERPs. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive cross-functional
