Job Description

Analyze sales performance, evaluate market trends to identify opportunities for growth & improvement and develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth. Managing large SnD budget to drive growth, cost efficiencies and quality of customer acquisitions. Sales Transformation Lead initiatives around automation and digitization of function to ensure service improvement, better information sharing and efficiency savings. Launch & adoption of new tools and technologies to improve ways of working for sales team. Identify & design transformative ways to look at distribution strategy for sustainable revenue growth. Provide a governance structure to ensure accountability and enable the predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative. Distribution & Channel Partner Management Review distribution health & take necessary actions to drive width, depth and quality of distribution. Create new business partners / channels to expand its reach in the market, engage channels effectively to drive revenue achievement and work closely with the Sales Head to create a robust distribution network planning. Build and manage large scale RnR and engagement programs for the partners. Capability Building Drive behavior change through capability building on functional and digital skills across sales hierarchy and channel partners for productivity improvement and establishing a high-performance culture. Build and manage large scale RnR and engagement programs for the sales teams. Experience: Must have worked in multiple geographies in India as an ASM/RSM.
