Job Title: Head – Digital Marketing (PPC | International Travel)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19

Shift Timing: US Shift

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Minimum 6 years

Salary: Up to ₹25–30 LPA (Max)

About the Role:

We are looking for a senior-level Digital Marketing Head with proven experience leading global paid marketing efforts in the international travel industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of experience as Head of Digital Marketing in a travel company targeting international markets, especially the US and Spanish-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic and executional ownership of all PPC campaigns, including:


Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)


Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising)


Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)


TikTok Ads (US and Canada focus)


Design and execute high-ROI campaigns for US travel lead generation/sales


Run and scale Spanish-language PPC campaigns


Implement both white-hat and black-hat PPC strategies, where appropriate and legally compliant


Manage full-funnel digital marketing strategy, including social media, remarketing, and programmatic ads


Lead a team of performance marketers, creatives, and analysts to deliver aggressive growth targets


Optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.


Analyze data, build reports, and share insights with leadership on campaign performance and strategy


Manage ad spends across geographies and platforms with strong budget discipline


Required Skills & Experience:

20–25+ years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing


Minimum 6 years as Digital Marketing Head in the international travel industry (MANDATORY)


Demonstrated success with US PPC travel sales campaigns


Strong experience in:


Google AdWords


Bing Ads


Meta Ads (FB & Instagram)


TikTok Ads (esp. for US & Canada)


Hands-on experience running Spanish-language PPC campaigns


Deep understanding of white-hat and black-hat techniques (legal/ethical application)


Strong team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills


Familiar with international ad compliance, especially in US and Canadian markets


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field


Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Bing certifications (preferred)


Familiarity with OTAs, DMCs, or global travel service providers
