Job Summary:

As the Digital Marketing Head, you will lead strategic marketing & lead generation initiatives to enhance brand awareness, and primarily drive student acquisition, and achieve revenue growth for our Partner Universities. You will also need to manage a high-performing marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies, including brand positioning, target audience
   segmentation, and campaigns to drive student enrolment.
2. Strategies' the paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with ROI-based
   targeting and forecast to achieve monthly/quarterly admission goals within the given budget. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing & lead generation team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate with Admission Sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, campaign launches, and partner needs.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing & lead generation
   strategies.
5. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM/PPC, Email, social media,
   content marketing) to drive engagement and conversions.
6. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, blogs, case studies,
   and social media content.
7. Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights for
   optimization.
8. Manage the marketing and lead generation budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
9. Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and industry influencers.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best marketing practices.
