Head - Cross Sell

Role & responsibilities

• Manage Cross Sell Portfolio • Drive 100+ crs of cross sell at an organization level
• Direct responsibility for end to end results
• Work closely, coordinate and influence all relevant functions like sales, training, marketing, IT, ops and BIU/Analytics team to drive the 100 crs+ agenda
• Create and monitor effective governance rhythms with all functions and sales team/channel partners to drive cross sell
• Engage with leadership team via steercom sessions to present output/outcome and take feedback for next steps for future
• Create next 3 year plans and road map for cross sell journey
• Effective benchmarking of organizations efforts and outcomes within ABG eco system as well as external well performing organizations
• Leveraging best practices of other entities/industries in

Strategic Involvement

• Devise Strategies around cohorts where cross sell is not in par with desired numbers
• Provide insights with support of analytics team to channel heads, zonal heads and channel Hierarchy for improving cross sell collections New Initiatives
• Lead and drive new initiatives. Identify and initiate system developments and process improvements
• Managing top agents/distributors in the Channel/Zone with support of channel managers and providing assistance in cross sell
• Getting relevant MISs published and providing data support to various stake holder and channel partner Implementation
• Leading various projects to increase cross sell
• Responsible for designing, testing, and successful implementation of new applications for cross sell process improvements
