Head Corporate Communication

As the Head of Corporate Communication, your primary responsibility will be to lead internal and external communication for all group companies, enhance brand image, manage PR/media relations, and support leadership communication. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a holistic corporate communications strategy that is aligned with business goals. Additionally, you will be involved in brand building activities such as creative design, event management, digital marketing, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement integrated corporate communications strategy aligning with business goals and market positioning. - Design logos, brochures, catalogues, business cards, and other communication materials. - Manage corporate gifting, merchandising, and event planning. - Maintain brand consistency across all group companies and communication channels. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for proactive communication strategies. - Support HR team in designing internal communication materials and executing employee engagement activities. - Provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership and engage employees through internal communications. - Manage company messaging, media relations, and spokesperson outreach. - Cultivate relationships with key media members and evaluate partnership opportunities. - Coordinate with external agencies for art services, printing, and freelancers. - Utilize software tools such as MS Office, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Qualifications: - Education: MBA, Diploma in Mass Communication, Graphic & Web Design knowledge. Professional certification in Public Relations or Corporate Communications is a plus. - Experience: 15+ years in Corporate Communications, with experience in B2B, Manufacturing, or Automotive sectors. Experience in leading communications for group companies is essential.
