Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Manage a collection team:
A collection head manages the recovery process of gold loans and oversees a team of collection officers or managers.
Implement recovery strategies:
Develop and execute strategies to recover overdue loan amounts, often involving direct communication with delinquent borrowers.
Ensure regulatory compliance:
Follow all rules and regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other regulatory bodies regarding loan recovery.

Preferred candidate profile

10-15 Years in Collection of Gold loan in Bank / NBFC
