Head - Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive (Discount Broking)-Global Financial House

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth as a Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive in the discount broking industry. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients through various channels, promoting trading platforms and services, and converting leads into active trading clients through product demos and presentations. You will also be tasked with managing a pipeline of prospective clients, developing strategies to increase the active client base, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. It will be essential to stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in the broking industry while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field with an MBA being preferred. Additionally, you should have 2-4 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development within the discount broking sector. Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products is required along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. NISM Certification (Series VIII) and being based in Mumbai are also key requirements for this position.,
