Job Description

Job Title: Head Civil

Industry:

Job Summary:

Head of Civil

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all
civil construction and infrastructure projects
at the site
Plan, execute, and monitor
road construction, drainage, foundations, retaining structures
, etc.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including
mining, electrical, and mechanical departments
Ensure compliance with
quality, safety, and environmental standards
Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination
Review
designs, drawings, and BOQs
, and ensure timely approvals
Mentor and lead the civil engineering team and contractors on-site
Report to senior management with
progress reports and issue resolutions

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(Post-graduation is a plus)
Minimum
10 years of experience
, preferably in
mining or heavy industry projects
Proven ability in managing
large-scale civil infrastructure
projects
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Familiarity with
AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software
Willingness to be stationed at/near the site location

Preferred:

Candidates with prior experience in
mining or infrastructure projects
Telugu-speaking candidates preferred.
