The Head Chef will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. They will oversee kitchen staff, maintain inventory levels, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage budget and cost control. The Head Chef will also be responsible for training and mentoring kitchen staff, developing new recipes, and ensuring high-quality cuisine. Qualifications Culinary Arts, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation skills Experience in kitchen operations, staff management, and training Inventory Management and Cost Control skills Strong knowledge of health and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role is a plus Culinary degree or relevant certifications Show more Show less
