Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Pune. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, planning and creating menus, managing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality standards for all dishes served. Qualifications Culinary skills in Indian Mithai and namkeens Menu planning and creation expertise Food preparation and kitchen management skills Leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in a similar role in the food industry Culinary degree or certification is a plus Show more Show less
