Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare meals in accordance with hospital dietitian recommendations and individual patient dietary requirements (diabetic, low sodium, soft foods, etc.).
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient operations during meal preparation and service.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Monitor food inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
  • Ensure food is cooked and stored at safe temperatures.
  • Collaborate with nutritionists and healthcare providers to adjust meal plans based on patients’ medical conditions.
  • Manage food portion control and minimize food waste.
  • Train kitchen personnel in food preparation, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI or local laws)

Qualifications -

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 0–5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, special diets, and food allergies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
